• Handmade Nature: Many of our products are handcrafted. As such, slight variations in color, texture, and finish are inherent to the creation process. These minor variations are not considered defects but are a mark of the unique, artisanal nature of our work.

• Availability: All orders are subject to product availability. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel the quantities offered on our Website or limit the sales of our products to any person or geographic region.

• Pricing: All prices are listed in HKD, USD, EUR and are subject to change without notice. The price charged for an order will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed.

4. Orders, Payment, and Shipping

• Order Acceptance: Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept, decline, or limit your order for any reason.

• Payment: We accept payment through the methods specified on our checkout page. All payments are processed through a secure third-party payment gateway. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

• Shipping & Delivery: We will ship your order to the shipping address you provide. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments. Risk of loss and title for all products ordered pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.

• Return Policy: We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery, upon review and approval by us. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

• Non-Returnable Items: Please note that custom-made, personalized, or sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.

• Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@ateliern22.com. We will conduct a collaborative investigation to conclude eligibility of a return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
